Week 1: Foundation
- Select pilot project: Choose a greenfield or early-stage project (not in-flight crisis mode)
- Kickoff workshop: Introduce the framework to the team (2-3 hours)
- Create Baseline v1: Structure scope from RFP/specs and get sign-offs
