ScopeOps provides a cloud-based portfolio management platform that helps organizations track and manage their projects, programs, and portfolios. The Service includes work item management, dashboards, reporting, and related features.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant ScopeOps a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

- Upload malicious code or content

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
